This project aims at Extending Criminal Justice Services to Rural Africa as one of the best approaches to ensure rule of law and democracy in Africa. Insufficient information has led to continuous suffering of mostly women and children in the hands of fellow men because these minority groups don't know how or where to express and report the criminal cases. The methodology used involves creating two Community Criminal Justice Monitoring Committies (CCJMC's) at the village level which will carry on a monitoring evaluation and sensitization role.
